Philosophy
Our
clients come first. To our attorneys, this means that we represent each
client as if their case is the most important case we are handling in
our office. We tell our clients what they need to hear, even if that is
not what they want to hear. This is the only way they can make informed
decisions about their case.
We evaluate a case carefully, taking in to consideration among other things, what we would want and how we would feel if we were suffering from the same injuries or loss of a loved one. We also use our experience to determine what we believe a jury might award under each individual set of circumstances. At that point, we are then in a position to give our clients the best advice regarding their case. We believe that every case should be handled as efficiently and promptly as possible.

Our Staff Suzann came to DABBS & POMTREE with 15 years collections experience and can be a tough advocate for our clients. Suzann has gained 7 years legal experience with DABBS & POMTREE.
Suzanne came to DABBS & POMTREE in February of 2005. She attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville , where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with specific concentrations in Legal Studies and Public Policy in December of 2004. Suzanne is aspiring to attend law school in the Fall of 2005.
